Good Neighbor Ministries

Sarah Harper Scott brings over 15 years of experience in non-profit leadership and strategic marketing as the Executive Director of Good Neighbor Ministries. Before assuming this role, Sarah was a board member, developing a deep connection to GNM’s mission of supporting the Harrisburg community.

In her prior work, Sarah specialized in creating comprehensive marketing strategies and establishing sustainable community partnerships. Her background includes significant experience in donor engagement, team building, and resource maximization.
Sarah’s dedication to community service goes beyond her professional responsibilities. She has served on the Augusta-Richmond County Sheriff’s Merit Board, is a former member of Women in Philanthropy of the CSRA, and is a member of Holy Comforter Episcopal Church.
